Illuminating minis has made a lot of changes the past few years. Incandescent lighting is being replaced with LED lights and so are their power systems, connectors and support items. Join Luci to learn about the available lighting needs for your minis of all scales…including micro minis scales.
Techniques Taught:
Battery power-when and where to use it
Making wire connections, when and how to use shrink tubes
Repairing breaks in copper tape, when to use tape wire or round wire, soldering techniques
Identifying the clear positive and negative wires
Wire stripping and prepping for connections
SKILLS Required: basic use of tools
Scale: All or any (FINISHED DIMENSIONS: There is no finished project. This is a demo workshop with paperwork to be sent out.)
