Instructor Information

We are always looking for new Workshops, Gift & Gabs, and Quick Minis to be presented on Create.

Each browser handles pdfs differently. If you can't save the filled-in form, try printing to a pdf file (choose that from the available printers) and it will then save the file directly to your computer.  Once completed and saved, please email the form to the contact person. 

• If you are a NAME member and would like to be a Workshop Instructor on Create, fill out this pdf application form. If you have other questions about teaching an online workshop, please contact Barbara Thornton Hill.  Once accepted as a Workshop Instructor, you will receive an agreement from the NAME office.  This is a sample agreement.

  If you are a NAME member and would like to present a Gift and Gab (similar to a Theme Luncheon) on Create, fill out this pdf application form. If you have other questions about presenting a Gift and Gab, please contact Debbie Colombo.  Once accepted as a Gift and Gab Presenter, you will receive an agreement from the NAME office.  This is a sample agreement.

   If you are a NAME member and would like to present a Quick Mini (similar to Round Table) on Create, please contact  Alician Pearce.  Once accepted as a Quick Minis Instructor, you will receive an agreement from the NAME office.  This is a sample agreement.  In addition, you will be offered an opportunity to advertise your Quick Minis in the Miniature Gazette.  This is a sample of the Gazette Ad form.
