One of my favorite Estate finds is this Art Nouveau Brooke Tucker fireplace set. A group of friends and I went to an Estate sale of a miniaturist that belonged to a club that one of my friends belonged to. When we got to the house, the WHOLE basement was filled with houses and tubs of minis!! It was heaven!! Fortunately for us, the family had no clue as to what they had, and I was able to pick this up for $1!! YES!!! I was ecstatic! We all spent hours and hours sitting on the basement floor going through all the tubs and finding awesome treasures!!
