We will use the same technique used to make verdigris on the topper. The cart will be decorated with scrapbook paper, fabric, grass & ribbon. We’ll make wire “people”, create topiaries, cakes and a hookah. The cups are made from gel caps filled with resin & wire handles. The teapot is molded – just needs paint. The tree is chipboard branches with leaves applied. All paints included.
