The Challenge for September was to share any Tea or Red Hat related projects.
From Pat Creagh:
Ladies at Tea
From Judy Jazdzyk:
For this scene I used one of my mother-in-law's teacups! I'm happy with the layout, but those tiny glasses were hard to place on the table!!!
From Debbie Colombo:
All leprechauns by Barbara Meyer except for the one sitting on the chair in front, that is by Callie Brunelli. The little table set is by Lady bug. If you scroll in, you can see the leprechaun hiding in the back with his pot of gold! Little lambs on the right side were a gift from Ireland.
From Terry Unnold:
Thanks to the Create Monthly Challenge for inspiring me to work on this project.
This is a pair of my favorite ladies enjoying HighTea and they have been waiting years for me to finish this project!
From Natalie Maguire
From Cindy Bottasso:
Here’s my only tea cup thing and I made it years ago.
From Sue Ketchum:
I picked up this tea cup project at one of NAME'S Garage Sales and finished it.
From Jackie Browder:
I made the 1:12 scale purple flower teapot several years ago. It is hollow and has a removeable lid. The cake is very special. It is the first dollhouse item that I 3D printed after buying my printer!
From Debby Albert:
I found this cutie at my local thrift store.
I added the cupcakes.
From Linda Vallejos:
This teapot scene is from a class I took from Ginger Anderson at the 2018 National Convention in Charleston, SC.
From Marilyn Ferkinhoff:
The first tea cup scene was made by Dave Ferkinhoff and the other 2 by me. The middle cup says Happy birthday on it so I put the cake on it.
I really like the create site! I took an online class yesterday. It was fun.
From Rusty Smith:
Just remembered this 144th scale Teacup Mountain scene I made for Micro Minis a few years ago.
From Cathy Wojewoda:
This is my teacup creation.
From Georgia Queen and Jean Lierman
From Marie Weeks:
Here is my teddy bear tea party that I made several years ago.
From Lynne Hoffman:
Here is my Alice tea cup scene. Tired of reading, sitting on mushrooms, being late, and shrinking/growing, Alice decided to join the croquet game. She’s gotten fairly good a whacking the tiny hedgehogs through the wickets with her flamingo-
From Barb Antol:
This is one of my favorite tea-related miniature projects. I used an old clock case I got at a garage sale for a couple dollars. Inside I put a half-scale tea scene. The clock doesn’t work, so I set it to the traditional 4PM tea time.
From Erica Driscoll:
Here’s my Alice in Wonderland book scene. The kit was designed by Kathy Abdinoor for our club’s (Jersey Shore Mini Society)2012 Tea Day. I made the wonky teapot cake w Ruth Stewart’s kit, and added the dolls made by Julie Stevens.
From Carolyn Eiche:
Attached is a photo of the very first teacup I did.
It's a tea room scene made in a class with Vi Haslup many years ago.
From Rita Crawford:
Teacart ready for a tea party! I made the wicker cart, cake and cookies years ago.
From Dori Allard:
Attached is my photo of my most recent Tea Cup. I made it for a friend, copying the front of her house!
From Sunni Dixon:
I am in the Miniature Enthusiasts of Edmonton Club (Edmonton Alberta Canada)- I was in the process of taking photos and doing write-ups of my mini things to send to our up-coming Club's yearly Show in it's second virtual year!! (We have previously been physically having a big show and sale in September for the last 20 or more years.) Upon reading the NAME newsletter (love it) I saw you needed pictures of tea things, so here you are.
From Diana DeWalt:
Here is my teacup, I made it into a little quilt shop. These are fun, should do more.
From Paula Francis:
My submission for September is “When I Get Old…I Will Wear Purple”! It was one of my first attempts at quarter inch and has become one of my favorites because now I am old and I wear lots of purple:)
From Cat Wingler:
Here is a picture of one of my favorite pieces. I loved having Tea Parties with the Granddaughters and this kind of reminds me of that.
From Peggy Alvarez:
This cup was decorated by me in 2001.
From Judy Pick
From Ann-Cary McLain:
My 1" scale tea room includes a tea kit from Lisa's Little Things, my hand-painted cups, saucers, and dishes on the back wall, and one of my samplers from an Annelle Ferguson kit.
From Carole Ann Davis:
This Christmas Scene in a Tea Cup was done as a drawing prize for our local museum's Victorian Tea a couple of years ago. One of my most favorite minis.
